Both my dress and shoes are from fast-fashion companies, which as we knew are not good for the health of our planet. But fast-fashion doesn’t have to be fast. In fact, I bought both items more than two years ago and plan on wearing them for a long time. I am more conscious about my purchases now than I was two years ago though. I look for natural fibers and classic styles that can last even longer.

I bought this H&M Studio dress intending to wear it at my cousin’s wedding in September, but couldn’t wait, so I wore it to her wedding shower instead. The shower was held at Villa del Sol d’Oro, which was a beautiful backdrop for photos.
